* runtime,syscall,internal/poll,os: wasip1 poll_oneoff scheduler integration + net.FileListener
On wasip1 today every syscall.Read/Write blocks the entire wasm module — the
cooperative scheduler invokes poll_oneoff only for sleep/timer wakeups, and
there's no path from the net package to a working TCP server. This change
fixes both: it threads poll_oneoff through the scheduler's idle path so a
goroutine doing FD I/O parks instead of blocking the module, and it provides
enough internal/poll / os / syscall surface that upstream Go's
net.FileListener / net.FileConn works on a host-pre-opened TCP socket.
* runtime: keep scheduler_cooperative idle-wait calls direct
TestBinarySize/hifive1b/examples/echo regressed by 32 bytes after the
previous commit routed the scheduler's idle wait through a
schedulerIdleWait helper. The extra call frame + branch landed on every
non-wasip1 cooperative target, where the original direct sleepTicks /
waitForEvents calls compile to a single inlined call.
This required a few compiler and runtime tricks to work, but I ran a
bunch of tests and it seems fine. (CI will of course do more exhaustive
testing).
The main benefit here is that we don't need to maintain the darwin
version of the syscall package, and reduce extra risks for bugs (because
we reuse the well-tested syscall package). For example, Go 1.23 needed a
bunch of new constants in the syscall package. That would have been
avoided if we had used the native syscall package on MacOS.

The os package isn't particularly useful on wasm-unknown, but just like
on baremetal systems it's imported by a lot of packages so it should at
least be possible to import this package.
This adds true GOOS=wasip1 support in addition to our existing
-target=wasi support. The old support for WASI isn't removed, but should
be treated as deprecated and will likely be removed eventually to reduce
the test burden.
This appears to have been how it is upstream for about 10 years. Using
an interface breaks if a file descriptor number is passed directly to
`NewFile`, e.g., `NewFile(3, "fuzz_in")` as used in Go 1.18 fuzzing
code.
Do it all at once in preparation for Go 1.18 support.
To make this commit, I've simply modified the `fmt-check` Makefile
target to rewrite files instead of listing the differences. So this is a
fully mechanical change, it should not have introduced any errors.
readdir is disabled on linux for 386 and arm until syscall.seek is implemented there.
windows is hard, so leaving that for later.
File src/os/dir_other_go115.go can be deleted when we drop support for go 1.15.
Also adds TestReadNonDir, which was helpful while debugging.
File.Stat is left as a stub for now.
Tests are a bit stubbed down because os.ReadDir, os.Symlink, and t.TempDir are not yet (fully) implemented.
TODO: reimport tests from upstream as those materialize.
This is necessary for the following:
- to make sure os/exec can be imported
- to make sure internal/testenv can be imported
The internal/testenv package (which imports os/exec) is used by a lot of
tests. By adding support for it, more tests can be run.
This commit adds a bunch of new packages that now pass all tests.
FreeBSD support has been broken for a long time, probably since
https://github.com/tinygo-org/tinygo/pull/1860 (merged in May). Nobody
has complained yet, so I am going to assume nobody uses it.
This doesn't remove support for FreeBSD entirely: the code necessary to
build TinyGo on FreeBSD is still there. It just removes the code
necessary to build binaries targetting FreeBSD. But again, it could very
well be broken as we don't test it.
If anybody wants to re-enable support for FreeBSD, they would be welcome
to do that. But I think it would at the very least need a smoke test of
some sort.

Accodring to the WASI docs (https://github.com/WebAssembly/WASI/blob/master/design/application-abi.md#current-unstable-abi),
none of exports of WASI executable(Command) should no be accessed.
v0.19.0 of bytecodealliance/wasmetime, which is often refered to as the reference implementation of WASI,
does not accept any exports except functions and the only limited variables like "table", "memory".

So far, we've pretended to be js/wasm in baremetal targets to make the
stdlib happy. Unfortunately, this has various problems because
syscall/js (a dependency of many stdlib packages) thinks it can do JS
calls, and emulating them gets quite hard with all changes to the
syscall/js packages in Go 1.12.
This commit does a few things:
* It lets baremetal targets pretend to be linux/arm instead of
js/wasm.
* It lets the loader only select particular packages from the src
overlay, instead of inserting them just before GOROOT. This makes it
possible to pick which packages to overlay for a given target.
* It adds a baremetal-only syscall package that stubs out almost all
syscalls.
