all: rename garbage collectors

dumb -> leaking:
  make it more clear what this "GC" does: leak everything.
marksweep -> conservative:
  "marksweep" is too generic, use "conservative" to differentiate
  between future garbage collectors: precise marksweep / mark-compact /
  refcounting.
