gullradriel 2893c031ab Recon repeat delay (#1699)
- Recon repeat delay, range: from 0s to 254s, timer is played before each TX
- fixed missing '<' '>' around button names for DELETE and REMOVE name to indicate that they can also be used to skip in the list
- added missing pmem recon dump entries
