Remove CGo from machine module

Add AVR support
...
This requires support in LLVM, as AVR support is still experimental. For
example, in bindings/go/build.sh, add
-DLLVM_EXPERIMENTAL_TARGETS_TO_BUILD=AVR to cmake_flags.
