deadprogram 0ffa3eb748 all: add LLVM 22 support
Builder:
- Update clang.cpp for LLVM 22 API changes: DiagnosticOptions is no
longer ref-counted, TextDiagnosticPrinter and DiagnosticsEngine take
references instead of pointers, createDiagnostics() signature changed.
- Update cc1as.cpp: clang/Driver/Options.h moved to
  clang/Options/Options.h, namespace changed from clang::driver::options
to clang::options, MCInstPrinter now passed as unique_ptr.
- Add new LLVM 22 libraries to GNUmakefile: clangAnalysisLifetimeSafety,
  clangOptions, LLVMDTLTO, and dtlto component.
- Add llvm22 build tag to all build/test commands.

CGo:
- Handle CXType_Unexposed in libclang.go by resolving via canonical
type. LLVM 22 reports builtin type aliases (e.g. __size_t) as
  Unexposed instead of Typedef.
- Always make C typedefs into Go type aliases. LLVM 22 changed
getTypedefDeclUnderlyingType to return CXType_Enum directly instead
of wrapping in an elaborated type.

Compileopts:
- Add build-tag-guarded ClangTriple() to substitute wasm32-unknown-wasi
with wasm32-unknown-wasip1 for LLVM 22 (deprecated triple).
- Add build-tag-guarded patchFeatures() to map renamed Xtensa features
(atomctl, memctl, timerint, esp32s3) for LLVM 22.

Targets:
- Remove -zca from RISC-V target feature strings (esp32c3, esp32c6,
  fe310, k210, riscv-qemu, tkey). LLVM 22 now implies +zca from +c.
- Remove -zcd from k210. LLVM 22 now implies +zcd from +c,+d.

Tests:
- Change TestClangAttributes to check individual feature flags instead
of exact string match, allowing new LLVM features without failures.
- Update TestBinarySize expected values for LLVM 22 codegen.

deadprogram 5f66260c3a machine,targets: add minimal esp32c6 implementation
This adds a minimal esp32c6 implementation, currently only
supporting the examples/serial and examples/blinky1 programs.
It does correctly output the expected "Hello, World" via the
serial port, as well as blink the onboard LED.

In addition, it adds support for the PLIC based IRQ handling
as used on the ESP32C6 processor.

Some parts of this code are loosely based on PR #5252 and #5248

Ayke van Laethem 4dc07d6cc3 arm: support softfloat in GOARM environment variable
This adds softfloat support to GOARM, as proposed here:
https://github.com/golang/go/issues/61588

This is similar to https://github.com/tinygo-org/tinygo/pull/4189 but
with a few differences:

  * It is based on the work to support MIPS softfloat.
  * It fixes the issue that the default changed to softfloat everywhere.
This PR defaults to softfloat on ARMv5 and hardfloat on ARMv6 and
    ARMv7.
  * It also compiles the C libraries (compiler-rt, musl) using the same
soft/hard floating point support. This is important because
otherwise a GOARM=7,softfloat binary could still contain hardware
    floating point instructions.

Ayke van Laethem f188eaf5f9 mips: add GOMIPS=softfloat support
Previously, the compiler would default to hardfloat. This is not
supported by some MIPS CPUs.

This took me much longer than it should have because of a quirk in the
LLVM Mips backend: if the target-features string is not set (like during
LTO), the Mips backend picks the first function in the module and uses
that. Unfortunately, in the case of TinyGo this first function is
`llvm.dbg.value`, which is an LLVM intrinsic and doesn't have the
target-features string. I fixed it by adding a `-mllvm -mattr=` flag to
the linker.

Ayke van Laethem 6efc6d2bb6 compileopts: refactor defaultTarget function
Move triple calculation into defaultTarget. It was separate for historic
reasons that no longer apply. Merging the code makes future changes
easier (in particular, softfloat support).

The new code is actually shorter than the old code even though it has
more comments.

Ayke van Laethem 725518f007 all: add linux/mipsle support
This adds linux/mipsle (little endian Mips) support to TinyGo.

It also adds experimental linux/mips (big-endian) support. It doesn't
quite work yet, some parts of the standard library (like the reflect
package) currently seem to assume a little-endian system.

Ayke van Laethem d801d0cd53 builder: refactor clang include headers
Set -resource-dir in a central place instead of passing the header path
around everywhere and adding it using the `-I` flag. I believe this is
closer to how Clang is intended to be used.

This change was inspired by my attempt to add a Nix flake file to
TinyGo.

Ayke van Laethem a545f17d2e wasm: add support for GOOS=wasip1
This adds true GOOS=wasip1 support in addition to our existing
-target=wasi support. The old support for WASI isn't removed, but should
be treated as deprecated and will likely be removed eventually to reduce
the test burden.

Ayke van Laethem df0f5ae1da windows: add ARM64 support
This was actually surprising once I got TinyGo to build on Windows 11
ARM64. All the changes are exactly what you'd expect for a new
architecture, there was no special weirdness just for arm64.

Actually getting TinyGo to build was kind of involved though. The very
short summary is: install arm64 versions of some pieces of software
(like golang, cmake) instead of installing them though choco. In
particular, use the llvm-mingw[1] toolchain instead of using standard
mingw.

Ayke van Laethem 34011c4800 targets: change LLVM features to match vanilla Clang
I mistakenly believed the difference was in LLVM version 11.0.0 vs LLVM
11.1.0. However, the difference is in whether we use the Debian version
of Clang.

The Debian version has had lots of patches. I'm not sure which is to
blame, but it could be this one:

Ayke van Laethem 7cb44fb373 all: add support for GOARM
This environment variable can be set to 5, 6, or 7 and controls which
ARM version (ARMv5, ARMv6, ARMv7) is used when compiling for GOARCH=arm.

I have picked the default value ARMv6, which I believe is supported on
most common single board computers including all Raspberry Pis. The
difference in code size is pretty big.

We could even go further and support ARMv4 if anybody is interested. It
should be pretty simple to add this if needed.

Ayke van Laethem 78fec3719f all: add target-features string to all targets
This makes sure that the LLVM target features match the one generated by
Clang:

  - This fixes a bug introduced when setting the target CPU for all
targets: Cortex-M4 would now start using floating point operations
while they were disabled in C.
  - This will make it possible in the future to inline C functions in Go
and vice versa. This will need some more work though.

There is a code size impact. Cortex-M4 targets are increased slightly in
binary size while Cortex-M0 targets tend to be reduced a little bit.
Other than that, there is little impact.

Ayke van Laethem fce403b7a0 targets: match LLVM triple to the one Clang uses
The target triples have to match mostly to be able to link LLVM modules.
Linking LLVM modules is already possible (the triples already match),
but testing becomes much easier when they match exactly.

For macOS, I picked "macosx10.12.0". That's an old and unsupported
version, but I had to pick _something_. Clang by default uses
"macos10.4.0", which is much older.

Ayke van Laethem 29206cf0a4 targets: add CPU property everywhere
This is for consistency with Clang, which always adds a CPU flag even if
it's not specified in CFLAGS.

This commit also adds some tests to make sure the Clang target-cpu
matches the CPU property in the JSON files.

This does have an effect on the generated binaries. The effect is very
small though: on average just 0.2% increase in binary size, apparently
because Cortex-M3 and Cortex-M4 are compiled a bit differently. However,
when rebased on top of https://github.com/tinygo-org/tinygo/pull/2218
(minsize), the difference drops to -0.1% (a slight decrease on average).
