Ayke van Laethem 6bc6de8f82 all: add type parameter to CreateCall 
This uses LLVMBuildCall2 in the background, which is the replacement for
the deprecated LLVMBuildCall function.

Ayke van Laethem 172efc26a7 compiler: move ReplacePanicsWithTrap pass to transforms 
This moves the transformation pass to the right location, and adds tests
to see that it actually works correctly.
