* fix infinite challenge ack due to RST+SYN+FIN corrupt packet in SYNRCV state

* fuzz: calculate CRCs when fuzzing to reduce search space to non-CRC error cases

* add local fuzz corpus to tests

* add more cases to fuzz corpus
