Claude eb1ef5788c fix(operator): let the group header size to its content
The header had a fixed height, so a title taller than 2.5rem was clipped
and the follow offset kept placing the running event behind it.

Trim the vertical padding so a single line fits inside the min-height on
its own. The header then keeps the size it has today without depending on
the list shrinking it, and grows when its content needs more. The follow
offset already measures the header at scroll time, so it tracks the
change.
